Error for approval and review status

I have error in my leto install for the approval and review status, please help he for this problem.

I have a new installation of letoDMS 3.4.2 and I am getting the exact same error. When a user tries to review a document, this error page is displayed. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I should have noted earlier that I also installed this 3.4.2 from Softaculous on Siteground. I first tried it on RackSpace, but kept getting a "Database needs update" page displayed after importing the data from an older install (data only, not structure). I was moving from 3.3.6 to 3.4.2. The upgrade would not work so I tried a new installation, but kept getting the database needs upgrade page and could not resolve it. I moved to Siteground, did a new install and it seemed to work. The only problem I have so far is this "Error for approval and review status". I should note that after the install, I received a page that told me something did not exist: I should have written it down, but did not. I believe it was the HTTP WebDav module that was missing. As I said, it appeared that everything was working when I tried the DB and importing my old data was seamless. I hope this info helps as I am in a bit of a bind with this error. Thanks in advance for any help!

EDIT2: Sorry for the multiple updates, but I am just trying to send as much info as possible. I created another new installation and tried again as follows.
1. New install of 3.4.2
2. Logged in and created a new user.
3. Created a new document for review and approval, assigned to he new user and uploaded.
4. Logged out and back in as the new user.
5. Clicked on "My Documents".
6. Opened the document requiring approval and clicked the link.
7. The approval page displayed, entered comments, marked as "Reviewed" and submitted.
8. The same "Error Updating Approval Status. Update Failed" page was displayed.

I was just checking to see if my problem existed because I had imported the data, but it was not. A new install had the same issue.

Looks like this a bug in letodms. I can have a look at it, but currently I'm very busy with other things. Can you wait?

Looks like this a bug in letodms. I can have a look at it, but currently I'm very busy with other things. Can you wait?

I made a new release of the 3.4.x branch. Check the download section on the website of seeddms. This will definitely the last one for letodms.
Switch to seeddms for new features.

Thanks! I will try it shortly. In the meantime, over the weekend I did upgrade to seeddms as I was not aware of its availability until Thursday. It seems to be working, although there appears to be some changes in the functionality of the groups and approval processes. I am working to figure them out now, but this may be the final solution. BTW, seeddms looks great! Thanks again for the quick response.

i see you have upgraded to SeedDMS we will no longer support you, SeedDMS is not LetoDMS, SeedDMS is a fork version of LetoDMS please for support use there forum as we don't wanna get mixed with SeedDMS commercial intention.
