Attach file using api
Hi all,

I am new to this community, I have successfully install seeddms43x on my xamp server.
I am trying to attach a file using api (adddoc.php), from DOS prompt. I have go to the folder "xampp\htdocs\seeddms43x\seeddms-4.3.3\utils" and then enter a script:- php -f seeddms-adddoc --config "" -c "Done" -k "Done" -s "3" -n "Done" -V "1" -s ".txt" -t "text/plain" -F "2/" -f "../seeddms-adddoc".
But i got gollowing message on prompt and my file is not added in seeddms:
